HORSE-DRAWN MILK FLOAT

The popularity of the horse-drawn milk float as an early Lesney toy led it to be recreated in miniature. It earned its special place in Matchbox history as the only horse-drawn issue in the entire line of 1-75 die-cast miniatures.

The early Lesney Milk Float in blue is far rarer than the orange version. It may even been a promotional model for a local dairy company as all the collected examples have been found in Britain.
