Another great home grown classic model from this French manufacturer. The Citroen 2CV Charleston fully captures the look of this cult car and perhaps this model is helped by the fact that the doors are not intended to open, so the body lines are not interrupted. The model comes in grey. Independently sprung wheels act just like the real thing. The bonnet ribbing is very well done. The basic interior is well crafted. The flapped up windows look the part. CORGI 1/50 LAND ROVER 'CHIPPERFIELD'S CIRCUS'

The Chipperfield's Circus models has arrived, and a very pleasing addition it is too. It is the Land Rover as a public address vehicle to announce the arrival of the circus to town. Apart from the familiar red and blue colour scheme, and the provision of two loudspeakers, the model comes with two white metal clowns.

These figures will certainly make the display come to life, being delightful figures, carefully hand painted. Playing his familiar trumpet is a model representative of that famous 'musical' clown Charlie Cairoli, while about to drench anyone within reach with a bucket of water is a model representing one of the 'slapstick' greats, Professor Grimble.
