A LITTLE LIFT FOR COLLECTORS
A little model which will appeal to both the truck and the construction enthusiast is Corgi's small industrial forklift truck, to approximately 1/50th scale. Released in the ever popular, and collectable in its own right, Eddie Stobart livery, this model features a raising and tilting mast. Despite the industry's standard of 1825th scale for forklift trucks, this is a nice addition to squeeze into the collection. shop here

VANGUARDS 1/43 FORD ANGLIA 105E - ROYAL ULSTER POLICE
The Anglia 105E was the first car adopted by the police to the new Panda Car role created by the Unit Beat Policing system that a large number of forces were embracing in the early sixties. However the RUC did not employ this system and so never used the Panda Car scheme. The RUC did, however, use large numbers of Anglias in various transport roles and stayed with the traditional all black at a time when other forces were experimenting with more visible liveries. The car modelled is a one of those vehicles, and served with the RUC in the early 1960s. Shop here
EFE 1/76 PLAXTON PARAMOUNT 3500 - EAST LONDON COACHES
We rather like the East London coaches red livery, it's actually a part of Stagecoach, but there's not a candy stripe in sight. This model looks most impressive and will tempt a great many London fans. Shop here
CORGI CLASSIC 1/43 PORSCHE 356
The Porsche 356 comes in two versions: in red with hood down, and in white with hood up. Again these are pleasing models which have been nicely detailed. Shop here

MATCHBOX REGULAR WHEEL NO.40A BEDFORD 'S' TYPE 17-TON TIPPER
The ‘S’ type cab was again used with the 7 ton Tipper, no.40a. The cab was painted red but the tipper changed from pale to light brown as time went on. Metal wheels gave way to plastic and both the size of wheel and tread pattern can vary, but there were no major casting modifications made to this truck.

MINICHAMPS 1/43 FORD STREETKA
A super little model of a very popular blue oval brand. That famous logo is readable on both front and rear. Realistic lights. The interior, as you would expect for a convertible, is excellent, especially in the area of the driver's binnacle. There's even a readable logo in the centre of the steering wheel. Shop here
